STUDENT MANAGER’s Job Description
The Student Manager is expected to;
Get orders from the his/her direct head
Directly and indirectly help in marketing the programs of E-MO, working along side with the Manager and/or the CEO.
Be part of the managing team in carrying out tasks in taking care of the students, academically or non acadically.
Be the head in charge of the Chinese group of students; in oreintation, accepting requests/complaints, reporting to parents about the students’life in the camp.
Be a bedroom teacher, supervising the students to assure the safety and welfare.
Update websites and social networking sites of E-MO - school's news and pictures in the Website and Blog.
Pick up the students from the airport.
TERMS and CONDITION •
Number of Class: 3 hours one to one classes
• Working Days: Mon-Sat (6 days in a week)
• Working Hours : 6hrs a day • Day off: Sunday (can be changed to Saturday, depending on the call of work)
• Salary: Php. 8,000 / month
• Inclusions: Bed, 3 meals, Visa, Cleaning and Laundry
• Exclusions:Airticket,Insurance, fee electricity and Water(p1,400/4weeks)
NOTE:
During Philippine holidays, student managers are expected to work unless it’s their day off. The term of contract will be for 6 months (can be extended depending on the performance evaluation)
Since student managers are stay-in personnel, they are 24 hours on call - Urgent works or special work assignments after office hours should be taken without questions due to the prior mentioned reason.
Changes maybe made upon request and negotiation, but of course with the approval of each party.
A possible salary increase will be given once the student manager has proven its value as a worker through high satisfactory rating.
Can have opportunity to be promoted as regular emploee after 6 month.
